HOW to arrange a return?
Customers must contact us within 14 consecutive days of receiving an item to advise an intent to return. This can be done using either the contact us page, by email or via phone.
WHAT can be returned?
All products including sale or clearance items can be returned subject to the terms of this returns policy. Items must be returned in original packaging, with all accessories and in original condition.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Contact with intent to return an item must be made within 14 consecutive days of receiving the item. The item and proof of purchase must then be physically returned to Noarlunga Packaging within a further 14 consecutive days.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items must be returned to Noarlunga Packaging at Unit 6, 20 - 22 Cottage Lane, Hackham, SA 5163.
SHIPPING COSTS for returns?
Shipping for returns is at the customers expense. Original shipping is non-refundable. For items that included free shipping, $9.90 incl GST may be deducted from the total refund to help offset original shipping costs. Where an item has been incorrectly dispatched we will organise recovery of the incorrect item.
CREDIT for returns?
Credits will be processed within 48 hours of receiving a returned item subject to inspection and acceptance of the return by Noarlunga Packaging. The credit minus any incurred charges will be processed back to the same payment medium that was used for the purchase.
Where an item needs repair or replacement under manufacturers warranty, it is your responsibility to cover all such costs associated with getting the item to a repair centre.
